RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

DELAFUENTE ALLOWS RETURNS AND EXCHANGES UP TO 12 DAYS OF THE ORDER DELIVERY DATE. ALL RETURNED ITEMS MUST BE UNWORN, UNDAMAGED, AND UNWASHED WITH ALL ORIGINAL TAGS ATTACHED. ORIGINAL INVOICE MUST BE PROVIDED WITH ANY RETURN. EXCHANGE SHIPPING WILL BE PAID BY DELAFUENTE. RETURN SHIPPING WILL BE PAID BY THE CUSTOMER.

A FULL REFUND WILL BE ISSUED IMMEDIATELY UPON THE ARRIVAL AND INSPECTION OF YOUR RETURN. REFUND MAY TAKE 5-10 BUSINESS DAYS DEPENDING ON PROVIDER. IF DELAFUENTE DETERMINES THAT ANY PRODUCTS ARE NOT IN ORIGINAL CONDITION, A REFUND OR EXCHANGE WILL NOT BE GRANTED AND THE ITEMS WILL BE RETURNED TO THE CUSTOMER.
